The Plant Single Cell Laboratory at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln directed by Associate Professor Marc Libault. Working on single plant cells, the laboratory investigates the genomic and epigenomic regulation of gene expression in response to various abiotic and biotic stresses.

In the summer of 2019, I worked with Dr. Marc Libault on the “Plant Single Cell” animation project. It demonstrates the key process of plant single-cell sequencing. In October, he presented this animation at a forum in China.
